The Whidbey Island Conservation District (WICD) serves property owners and residents of Whidbey Island, Washington.
The WICD assists rural landowners, farmers, municipalities, and other partners to protect and restore the natural resources of Whidbey Island.
In addition, the District hosts tours, workshops, event booths, and is active in newly developing issues relating to low impact development.
 
WICD is a political sub-division of Washington State formed under RCW 89.08
